  12. CONFIRMATION OF THE DATES OF THE PERIOD FOR THE EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS – The Council to set the dates of the period for the exercise of public rights to access and inspect the Council’s accounts.  The period must be 30 working days (Monday to Friday) and must include the first 10 working days of July 2023. Dates recommended: Monday 19 June 2023 to Friday 28 July (inclusive).
  13. NOMINATED CHARITY 2023/2024 – The Chair to nominate her charity for 2023/2024.

  19. COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE FUND 2024/2025 – To consider potential projects in 2024/2025 that could benefit from match funding from Milton Keynes City Council.
  20. BUCKINGHAMSHIRE ASSOCIATION OF LOCAL COUNCILS (BALC) CONFERENCE – The Council may nominate up to 2 delegates to attend 2023-06-15_ITEM19_BALC CONFERENCE 17 OCTOBER 2023
  21. REPRESENTATIVES ON OUTSIDE BODIES
  22. The Council to appoint representatives to MKALC (MK Association of Local Councils), East West Rail Local Stakeholders Group and an MK Eco Champion
